The fleet driver training course is run on a one on one basis. Split into two parts, it starts with an initial assessment where your instructor will assess the driving standards of the candidates. He will take notes and debrief the drivers at the end of the assessment.

After a short break, a second confirmatory drive will take place. During this part, the instructor will be more proactive, detailing the more advanced techniques of defensive driving. This will help the candidate correct any faults that may have occurred during the first assessment.
